Job Summary:
BrightStar Care of San Luis Obispo is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate PRN Infusion Nurse to join our team in Morro Bay, California. As an individual contributor in the franchise industry, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our clients on a part-time, hourly basis. You will be responsible for administering infusion therapy to patients in their homes and ensuring that they receive the best possible care.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $44 to $48 per hour, with weekly pay.

As a part-time employee, you will have the opportunity to work flexible hours based on your availability.
Responsibilities:
• Administer infusion therapy to patients in their homes, ensuring proper technique and following safety protocols.
• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the supervising physician.
• Educate patients and their families on medication usage and potential side effects.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Communicate with the healthcare team and collaborate to develop patient care plans.
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• Valid nursing license in the state of California.
• Minimum of one year experience in infusion therapy.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Must have a reliable means of transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
